Hardened laminated steel construction and pivoting link prevent a fixed anchor point, making it virtually impossible to cut and can withstand bolt cutters. The cuff provides flexibility and can be fixed on many supports: Wheels, bike handlebars or scooters. For maximum strength and flexibility, a 1M (100cm) long, 8mm diameter braided steel cable allows for locking to a parking meter, fence post, or another bike. Ideal for securing e-scooters, mopeds, bicycles and scooters. Weather resistant, ideal for outdoor use. Protective vinyl coating to prevent scratching. The pivoting link provides flexibility when securing the pin tumbler key mechanism has excellent pick resistance. Can be folded for transport. Including 2 keys. High-security anti-theft device.
