High security 3" (7.6cm) lock, in handcuff format. Hardened laminated steel construction and pivoting links prevent a fixed anchor point, making it virtually impossible to cut and can withstand bolt cutters. The two cuffs provide a lot of flexibility and can be fixed on many types of supports: wheels, bike handlebars or scooters. The cuff measures 23 1/2" (60cm) long, allowing locking to a parking meter, fence poster another bike. Ideal for securing motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles and scooters. Including 2 keys and bracket for securing to bike frame to convenient storage. Weather resistant, ideal for outdoor use. High - tech ABS layer offers additional protection against scratches.
